Tom Matlack

Thomas Matlack was Chief Financial Officer of The Providence Journal until 1997. He was the lead investor in the Art Technology Group, which reached $5 billion in market capitalization in 2001. He founded and ran his own venture firm from 1998 to 2010 before turning to writing. In 2008, Matlack cofounded THE GOOD MEN PROJECT (www.goodmenproject.org). He has also worked at Houghton Mifflin Company and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Tom was previously a board member of Telephia (sold to The Nielsen Company), Publishing Group of America (sold to Bain Capital Ventures and Shamrock Capital). He is a graduate of Wesleyan University (BA) and Yale University (MBA).

Michelle Fortier

Michelle previously worked as principal at Megunticook Management, an investment firm based in Boston. Before Megunticook, she worked at Riverside Partners. She is a board observer at Telwares. She was previously a board member at Datatrac, Isis Parenting, Verrillon (sold to AFL Holdings, a division of Furukawa), and Welcome Wagon and a board observer at Aegis Lightwave (sold to IIVI), Telephia (sold to The Nielsen Company), Publishing Group of America (sold to Bain Capital Ventures and Shamrock Capital), and Wisor (sold to Synchronoss). Michelle holds an M.B.A from Stanford Business School and a B.A. and B.E. from Dartmouth College.

Jamie Kittler

Jamie is a cofounder and partner of JDJ Resources, an administrative family office. Prior to co-founding JDJ Resources, Jamie was a financial manager at AEGIS, an international real estate and private equity investment advisor. Jamie came to AEGIS from State Street Bank and Trust, where he held positions of portfolio accountant and performance analyst responsible for the calculation, analysis and reporting of client investment performance.

Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College, received a certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University and participated in Boston University's Real Estate Studies Program. He is a member of the Financial Planners Association, American Association of Daily Money Managers, Boston Estate Planning Council and is also a notary public.
